- Athlete arrival time is 7:00 am
- Athletes must stay through the entire meet and clean-up. In addition to racing all Montgomery athletes will be working during the meet.

Directions and Parking
Parking for all Athletes and Spectators is at Oak Knolls, do not use the parking lot by the boat launch.
Parent/Guardian Volunteer Spots
All Volunteer spots have the availability to watch your athlete run their race
- Set Up (6 am - 8:30am) - In charge of tents, tables, finish line, and start line set up. We will tell you where you just come to help.
- Snack Bar (7:30 am - 12:00pm) - In charge of set up, selling, and breaking down of snack bar.
- Finish Line (8:00am - 12:00pm) - In charge of keeping runners moving through the chute and staying in line. Handing out individual medals
- Course Monitor (8:00 - 12pm) - In charge of making sure park goers know there is a race going on and to be careful. Stopping cars from coming in. Moving cones by the boat ramp.
- Parking (7:15 am - 11:00am) - In charge of directing cars where to park in the Oak Knolls parking lot and keeping track if any spots open up after the parking lot becomes full by 9ish am.
- Clean Up (11:30 am - 1:00pm) - Breaking down and packing cars
