Starring: Former Montgomery standout Sara Bei (now Sara Hall). Sara graduated from Montgomery in 2000 and led the lady Vikings to a Division 2 State Championship title her Senior year. She won the State XC individual title 4 years in a row and was National Champion in 2000. She is married to Ryan Hall (top American Marathon runner) and runs for Asics.
