Uniforms

  • Athletes must compete in full uniform (Montgomery white singlet and plain black shorts). Any athlete not in plain black shorts will not be allowed to run in the meet.
  • Any athletes not moving on to CIF State Championships must return their singlets to coaching staff directly after the meet.
  • Pack plenty of clothes to stay warm - warm up with sweats on.

Schedule

  • Athlete arrival time is 9:00 am - Athletes call coaches upon arrival to be let in. 
  • Athletes must stay until after the girls awards ceremony

Spectator Information

Parking
Parking for this meet is on the street around Hayward High School. It can be a long walk from where you park to the course, so please plan accordingly. We recommend dropping off athletes near the high school before parking the car. 

Disabled parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the front of the school in the admin. parking lot. Appropriate placards/plates must be visible.

Tickets

Animals
NCS welcomes service animals, however pets will not be allowed.
