North Bay League "Oak" C0-Champions!

Congratulations to the Viking Girls for sharing the NBL Oak Title with Maria Carrillo! The girls went undefeated in head-to-head competition heading into the Championship race. Hanne Thomsen, Seelah Kittelstrom, and Amrie Lacefield went 1, 2, 3 to lead the team to a second place finish at the NBL Championships. Cora Morthole finished 15th to total 4 Monty athletes on the NBL "Oak" all-league teams.

Viking Boys take home 3rd!

Led by the trio of Graham Gregory, Max Azevedo, and Ryan LaFrance the Montgomery Boys finished 3rd in North Bay League "Oak".

2023 All-Empire Cross Country Team

Congratulations to Hanne Thomsen (Runner of the Year), Seelah Kittelstrom and Amrie Lacefield (First Team), Graham Gregory (Second Team), and Max Azevedo (Honorable Mention) for their selection on the All-Empire Cross Country Team. Joining our athletes is also Coach Robert Pedersen who is the Girls Coach of the Year.
